LPG vessel refurbishment
We can refurbish all LPG vessels from 380L to 12000L.
Refurbishment work can consist of:
• Turnaround work (inspection and overpaint)
• UT inspection and valve change
• 10 year check (Relief valve replacement)
• Full shot blast and repaint.
• Hot works (welding repairs) with hydro test and inspection as required.
• Conversions – Above ground vessels can be converted for underground use. Painted in a 500 micron system, with cathodic protection.
• All inspection and welding work carried out by qualified personnel
• Tank degassing facility
• Gas charging facility
• We work closely with a haulage company who can arrange the uplift, removal and delivery of your vessel.
We can also fabricate brand new LPG vessels to standard designs. All work will be to PD 5500 and PED.
