VTF Limited produce quality steel fabrications
to a wide range of customer requirements. We are fabricators
of welded storage tanks and pressure vessels in both carbon
and stainless steels. We also manufacture general steel fabrications
from ladders and walkways to framework, fabricated beams and
bridgeworks.

At VTF we pride ourselves on our high standards
of quality and workmanship. These are core values within the
business and supported by all management, office and production
staff. All areas of manufacture and service have quality objectives
– from enquiries through engineering design and specification
to fabrication, preparation for transportation and final dispatch.

All welding will be to exacting industry
standards by fully qualified welders to EN 287-1:2004
and procedures to BSEN 15614:2004. Other international
standards can be used where requested.

QA documentation available for all contracts.

We can design and produce detailed fabrication drawings
to your requirements.

All steelwork can be supplied painted
if required.

Each contract or project is personally
managed by senior staff, with regular communications to
ensure that work is delivered on time, in full, and to
the precise customer specifications.
Our factory has a covered area of 12000 square
feet and is serviced by two overhead cranes, allowing the
manufacture of Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks and large General
Fabrications. For collection and delivery of work we use professional
and reputable local haulage contractors.
